• Make-up log records

• Habit completion rate and current streaks
• Time investment distribution across various habit categories

Achievement Data

• Achievement badges you have earned and the time unlocked

We solemnly declare that HabitFlowy does not collect the following information, nor do we upload your raw data to any third-party servers for user profiling or behavioral analysis:

• Your precise geographic location
• Data from other apps on your device, such as contacts, photos, or calendars
• Your financial information (all payments are securely processed by Apple)
• Your biometric information (such as Face ID or Touch ID data)

• Recommending personalized habit combinations based on your identity type and preferences
• Helping you plan your schedule and integrate habits into your daily life reasonably
• Recording and tracking your habit completion progress

• Unlocking and displaying achievement badges to provide positive reinforcement

2.2 Improving User Experience

• Analyzing app feature usage to optimize product design (related analysis data is processed locally on your device)
• Locating and fixing technical issues through crash logs
• Continuously improving app functionality based on user feedback

2.3 Cross-Device Synchronization

• Synchronizing data between your iPhone and Apple Watch via iCloud
• Ensuring a consistent user experience across different devices logged into the same Apple ID

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage

Your habit data, completion records, preferences, and other information are primarily stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data and can view, modify, or delete it within the App at any time.

3.2 iCloud Storage

HabitFlowy utilizes Apple’s CloudKit framework to implement iCloud data synchronization. When you enable iCloud sync, the following data will be stored and synced via your iCloud account:

• User identity and preferences
• Habit library data (including preset and custom habits)
• Schedule configurations
• Habit completion records
• Achievement data

Important Notes Regarding iCloud Storage:

• Your iCloud data is hosted by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• Your iCloud data can only be accessed while logged into your Apple ID.
• We do not have direct access to the data you store in iCloud.
• You can disable data synchronization or delete the data at any time through your device’s iCloud settings.

3.3 Data Retention Period

• We retain your data only for as long as you use the App.
• When you delete the App from your device, locally stored data will be automatically deleted.
• Data stored in iCloud will be handled according to Apple’s data retention policies.

4.2 Circumstances Where We May Share Your Information

With Your Consent

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access and Correction

You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You can view and modify your habit data, preferences, and other information within the App at any time.

6.2 Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. You can delete your data by:

• Deleting specific habits or records within the App.
• Deleting the App from your device’s settings, which will remove all local data.
• Managing or deleting synced data in your iCloud settings.

6.3 Withdrawing Consent

If you previously gave us consent to collect and use your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities conducted prior to your withdrawal.

6.4 Data Export

Since all your habit data and records are stored exclusively on your local device and in your personal iCloud account, we cannot access, retrieve, or directly provide a copy of this data to you. You can view, manage, or export your data at any time through the in-app features (if provided) or your device system.

7. Children’s Privacy

HabitFlowy does not provide services to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third parties. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the developer’s location ( People’s Republic of China), with reference to internationally recognized personal information protection standards (such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.). In the event that any provision of this Policy conflicts with the laws of your jurisdiction, we will apply the principle that offers the most favorable protection to user privacy.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the content or execution of this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer’s jurisdiction.
